Reduction of common mode voltage for cascaded multilevel inverters using phase shift keying technique

چکیده

Demand of cascaded multilevel inverters in industries electric drives and renewable energy is increasing due to their large-scale capacity high voltage. The modulation technique significantly affects the power quality inverter output This paper proposes a new method carrier wave using phase shift keying for inverters. constant frequency changed at an accurate time by input sinusoidal control signal. simply implemented only needs small memory. It also helps reduce common mode voltage order suppress harmonics. Moreover, ability switching count decrease loss. simulated experienced results on 9-level 3-phase F28379D DSP kit have validated performance proposed compared with that APOD POD methods.
